Sales
Responsibilities: Cultivating new business accounts through
their own means. Duties will include making outside sales
calls/visits, attending trade shows, cold calling, and attending
networking events.
Desired Applicant Qualities: Previous consulting sales experience
in a high-tech-related field, self-motivated personality,
demonstrated past success in meeting/exceeding quotas and
sales goals, strong communication skills, able to clearly
explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals,
and solid understanding of the Internet.

- Senior
Software Developer
Responsibilities: The individual will be a key member of
the team. Responsibilities include requirements analysis,
design, and object oriented programming to complete the
applications. This position will be responsible for estimating,
planning and executing work assignments as directed by the
Project Manager.
Desired Applicant Qualities: Bachelors degree in computer
science or other related area. Have at least 5 years experience
in developing systems using Developer Studio or other object
oriented tools. Possess at least 3 years experience in developing
systems using C++ or JAVA, Oracle, Windows NT, and Developer
Studio. This individual must be highly motivated, team-oriented,
self-directed, and committed to successful results. Communication,
both written and oral, teaming, and the ability to learn
new technologies are also required skills for this position.

Developer
Responsibilities: The individual will be a key member of
the team. Responsibilities include requirements analysis,
and design web pages. This position will be responsible
for estimating, planning and executing work assignments
as directed by the Project Manager.
Desired Applicant Qualities: Bachelors degree in computer
science or other related area. Solid experience (2 years
minimum) with HTML and one of the following: ASP,JSP, or
PHP. Strong Web Administration skills designing, configuring,
and maintaining web sites. Database experience.

- Software
Test Engineer
Responsibilities: Perform black and white box testing of
business applications. Task include the following: developing
test tools, automating test suites, running regression and
performance/stress tests, writing test suites/cases from
functional specifications and executing functional and technical
tests of content delivery, high-volume, complex backend
search and authentication systems.
Desired Applicant Qualities: Bachelors degree in computer
science or other related area. Have three years testing
software products or systems, two years hands-on testing
of large business applications. Having one year writing
test approaches, plans and scripts.
